As part of its ongoing commitment towards the development of and providing opportunities for young people on Grand Cayman, CUC annually welcomes high school and college students to its annual Summer Internship and Vocational Programmes.
Started in 2000, CUC has welcomed over 300 students through the Summer Internship and Vocational Programmes. The programmes continue to expose young people to different career opportunities to gain experience in a professional setting along with valuable hands-on training.
In addition to the valuable work experience, students also participate in a number of weekly 'Lunch and Learn' sessions, which includes discussions on budgeting, resume writing and acceptable business etiquette.
