Employees share a special friendship with the adult trainees, who look forward to the many activities that are coordinated throughout the year. For a few of the younger trainees who have graduated from the Lighthouse School, Grand Cayman's facility for the physically and mentally challenged, it is an ongoing relationship with our employees.
Apart from the Company's annual financial support, employees visit the Centre every Thanksgiving to share great food, fun activities, and occasionally, a dance and singing contest.
Other activities have included Pizza Day and Movie Day at the local cinema, a Disco Day arranged with a local nightclub during the daytime, as well as trips to the Prospect Playhouse theatre to view the best Caymanian performances.
